  • If we say we'll be somewhere, we'll keep you informed. If we can't get a taxi to you or we are going to be late we let you know. It sounds ridiculously simple, but in most customers' experience, it simply doesn't happen!
  • We use the very latest in computerised data dispatch together with Satellite tracking. All our cabs are equipped with on board data terminals and GPS allowing our automated dispatch system to match the passengers location to the nearest available taxi.
  • Volume account customers can also benefit from remote computer access allowing them to make their own secure, real time bookings on line as well as reviewing details of their own account journeys.
