Ringback

We can arrange for the telephone you are calling from to give two rings to let you know of the imminent arrival of your booked taxi.

We'll automatically offer you this service when you make your booking - it's all part of the service.

Textback

We also offer our unique textback service. It's easy - we'll text you once when the driver's on his way, and again when he or she's waiting outside.

Remember all those times when you could have carried on enjoying yourself in the restaurant or club but had to wait around in the cold for a taxi that never came? Or suffered the embarrassment and annoyance of a honking horn outside your house? With our textback service, those days are over.

Airport Pickup & Transfers

Customers wishing to go to the Airport should always book well in advance of their check in time. Customers coming from the Airport, please phone us on 01482 828282 after you have reclaimed your luggage.

If you are unable to be at your pickup point for the prearranged time, please let us know straightaway as our drivers are only allowed to wait outside the Airport Terminal for a brief period.

Account Customers

For companies using Hull Cars on a regular basis, it is possible to open a convenient monthly account. All the journeys on the account will be itemised on your monthly invoice. For security and your own peace of mind, passwords and authorised users can be set up on our account system.
